Alexia was a free-range kid who developed a love for physical activity and the outdoors early in life. She finds joy in cultivating connection and being part of creating healthy and supportive communities, where people are learning and growing together. From a deep desire for harmony with self and others, Alexia brings empathy, curiosity and calm quiet determination. As a health and wellness coach, she is passionate about empowering people to thrive by making small sustainable changes that over time, lead to optimal health and well-being in every aspect of their lives.

 Devon

Devon Boorman is a leadership coach, internationally known swordmaster, authour, and entrepreneur. In 2000, Devon moved from a senior management position in software engineering into a role as a teamwork coach at the McCarthy Technologies teamwork lab in Seattle Washington. There he became passionate about behavioural linguistics and the development of whole-hearted, high performance teams and leaders. Devon has coached senior managers from Microsoft, Cisco, Halliburton, and Activision as well as small business entreprenuers, writers, and stay-at-home parents. Devon employs a combination of coaching (guiding through questions), teaching effective communication and leadership strategies, and mentorship to help leaders and individuals find their most authentic voices and bring out the best in their teams, partners, and families.

In addition to his coaching practice, Devon is the Director and Master Instructor of Academie Duello, the world's largest centre for the study and instruction of Historical European Martial Arts. Through martial arts Devon helps others on the journey of physical, spiritual, and self-mastery.
